The brightly lit building in front of Edinburgh Castle is the Bank of Scotland. The bright steeple slightly left of center is St. Giles? Cathedral which is located along the Royal Mile, a historic street located between Edinburgh Castle and the Palace of Holyroodhouse, the queen?s official residence in Scotland.
